The Two Dragons

                                                                                                                  This week's writing task was a free verse poem about "The Two Dragons".We practiced using semi-colons,a range of sentence lengths and using better vocabulary.Our poems are based  on an original poem written by gary O'Connell.I chose Dragons because I did a picture and it gave me an idea to write about dragons.

The Two Dragons

Their claws have a distinct silver like on a trophy of crystal.

Their backs with scales of snakes with the pure green of the grass.

Their legs were not there because their flying with grace.

Their breath is the element on their eye and colour of skin,fire and lightning.

Flying in peace watching all of the mortals on the beautiful surface of earth.

Surrounded by rocks of the deepest and darkest caves where no one goes.

Torches light up as they look at each other in rage as a mortal walked through.

Their spines charging up with the electricity of storms and flames of the underworld.

Whiskers alike and beards blown by gusts of wind for luck.

Cliffs fall down and spiked rocks fall on the dragons crushing them down.

Their teeth sharp inside their large mouths crushing the rocks falling on top of them.

Roars of death enough to scare the bravest man in the whole world.

Rays of their elements fighting to subdue on dragon friend or foe .

The mortal flees for his life and the two stopped and looked at destruction.

A truce was made from the gigantic dragons as all went well.

"Dad what happened next?""No one will know little one,no one will know."     

I might had changed this into a story then a poem but it still is good.Right?  

A Moment Of Awesome

Well when i started school the first friends were,Pia,Sefo and someone else.Then a best friend has emerged after a few days and his name was Charles.We were best friends for 6 years.Then another friend and one of my favourite friends (i don't have a fav.) Malachi.He came around in room four and i got in trouble alot.When more came in we had made a clan of four.The crab clan.*snap snap snap*.In room 7 now i have a lot of friends to remember throughout my journey of school because i have my final primary years.We play on playgrounds,soccer and games.I am thankful i have friends.This might not relate to the title but this was a happy time....And a awesome time.

Kia-ora and ola everyone. 

My name is Ocean and i am a year 7 learner. 

My teacher this year is now Mr. N/ Mr. Nevalagi. I go to Ruapotaka school as you know.

I am the 3rd youngest of my family. I am living with 3 older brothers,one baby brother and one sister. 

Also my parents (mother and father).My cultures are niue/rarotonga,maori a bit scottish as my mother said and some others i forgot. 

I enjoy playing games and working with my friends. I like doing maths at school because adding numbers seems fun but my favourite is playing soccer with friends (the first line ment online games) and having fun.My favourite sport will have to be soccer because it brings out the most fun while in rugby you have chances you get hurt.I play in school at morning tea play and lunch time play. 

Blog Bingo With Mr. Goodwin

 

Blog bingo with Mr. Goodwin was pretty fun because if you get a bingo you get a imaginary cookie but I got this much bingo's but not the same amount of cookies.He gave me a pack though.Imaginary pack.He is bringing more.I like this.Huh.

Americas Cup animation BUT maori style

We have made a google animation with MR. Goodwin and i will say it was fun but then i had made my maori style win boat just go backwards so i hope the people on there knows that they are and don't hit a large rock or anything....I hope..

Athletics day 2nd high jump success

I was supposed to get 3rd place in high jump and this picture looks funny my eyes always tend to close when i look at a phone when someone is taking a picture.LMAO!
